Tickets include:

- Meet and Greet Mixer, February 10th 7:30pm

- Play Party on Friday, February 10th 9:30pm- 1am

- Classes on Saturday, February 11th 10am - 4pm

- Play Party on Saturday, February 11th 7:30pm - 1 am

There are a limited number of scholarship tickets available. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please email us and let us know how would benefit from attending the event. If you need guidance with the application please let us know.

 

If you would like to contribute to the scholarship fund please let us know when you are purchasing your ticket.

Age/Identification

All Attendees must be 18 years of age.

 

Vaccination Status

Please note that ALL attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination/booster for COVID-19.  This information  will be requested when tickets are purchased and will be confirmed at registration.

 

Legal Name

The name on the event registration must match valid government photo ID. This will be confirmed at the registration table on entry and may be checked by RAK team members (organizers and/or volunteers) if circumstances dictate. Refusal to provide valid photo ID will result in entry to the event being refused and no refund given.

 

Refund Policy

Registration Transfers are not permitted due to the requirement of proof of vaccination for all attendees

 

• Up to and including December 31st, 2022 – Purchase price will be refunded less 10% processing fee.

• December 31st, 2022 to including January 15th, 2023 – Forty percent (40%) of purchase price will be refunded less 10% handling fee.

• Absolutely no refunds after January 15th, 2023.

 

 

Registration refunds will occur within 15 business days. 

 

If the event is forced to reschedule due to health mandates, tickets will be held until further information is available and the event  can be rescheduled.

 

Liability

RAK and its volunteers shall not be held responsible for any damage or theft of personal items of any attendees, presenters, vendors, or volunteers.

 

RAK also shall not be held responsible for any and all injuries/conditions attendees may receive as a result of attending the event. It is our goal to ensure that this event is safe and enjoyable for everyone but we shall not be held liable in the case of any accidents which may occur.
