  • Classes on Saturday, February 17th 9:30am - 4:45pm

  • Dungeon Party on Saturday, February 17th 7pm - 1 am

  • Classes on Sunday, February 18th 9:30am - 4:45pm

  • Dungeon Party on Sunday, February 18th 7pm - 1 am

Single Day Tickets - $75 CAD

Single Day Tickets include:

  • Classes on Saturday, February 17th 9:30am - 4:45pm

  • Dungeon Party on Saturday, February 17th 7pm - 1 am

- OR -

  • Classes on Sunday, February 18th 9:30am - 4:45pm

  • Dungeon Party on Sunday, February 18th 7pm - 1 am

 

You are not committed to a specific day, however Classes and Dungeon Party must be attended on the same day:  Saturday Classes with Sunday party, or vice versa will not be permitted.

There are a limited number of scholarship tickets available. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please email us and let us know how would benefit from attending the event. If you need guidance with the application please let us know.

2024 Scholarships are sponsored by the Pegasus Leather Levi Club, and by attendees like you.
 

If you would like to contribute to the scholarship fund please let us know when you are purchasing your ticket.

Please Note the Important Conditions Below:

Age/Identification

All Attendees must be 18 years of age.

 

Vaccination Status

We ask that all attendees be vaccinated, or receive a booster, within 12 months prior to the event to help protect the most marginalized in our community.  This information  will be requested when tickets are purchased and will be confirmed at registration. If you have a situation that limits you from receiving the vaccine, please reach out.

 

Legal Name

The name on the event registration must match valid government photo ID. This will be confirmed at the registration table on entry and may be checked by RAK team members (organizers and/or volunteers) if circumstances dictate. Refusal to provide valid photo ID will result in entry to the event being refused and no refund given.

 

Refund Policy

Registration Transfers are not permitted due to the requirement of proof of vaccination for all attendees

 

  • Up to and including December 31st, 2023 – Purchase price will be refunded less 10% processing fee.

  • January 1st, 2024 to and including January 14th, 2024 – Forty percent (40%) of purchase price will be refunded less 10% handling fee.

  • Absolutely no refunds after January 14th, 2024.

 

 

Registration refunds will occur within 15 business days. 

 

If the event is forced to reschedule due to health mandates, tickets will be held until further information is available and the event  can be rescheduled.

 

Liability

RAK and its volunteers shall not be held responsible for any damage or theft of personal items of any attendees, presenters, vendors, or volunteers.

 

RAK also shall not be held responsible for any and all injuries/conditions attendees may receive as a result of attending the event. It is our goal to ensure that this event is safe and enjoyable for everyone but we shall not be held liable in the case of any accidents which may occur.
