Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering is a great way to meet people! Try it! You'll like it!

We've updated our volunteer discount! Donate r hours of your time over the weekend, and received 20% off the full event ticket!

Your volunteer hours will not be completed in a solid block of time to allow you to enjoy your time at the event. We’re looking for volunteers for the following areas during the event weekend (and more):
 

  • DM Crew for Saturday and Sunday night parties (must have prior experience)

  • Security  

  • Medical Team (doctors, nurses, paramedics and EMTs)

  • ASL Interpreters

  • Ushers for evening entertainment

  • General runners

  • Workshop Monitors (for Saturday and Sunday workshops)

  • Set-up and Tear-down Crew

  • And more!!​

How to Volunteer

So you'd like to volunteer? Thank you!! Without volunteers, it's impossible to make these kinds of events happen. To make this happen, we need you to send an email to us and let us know: 

​

1) Your name (legal and name you would like on your badge)

2) Birthdate

3) How many hours do you want to volunteer for? (Please note, there are limits for how many spaces are available at each level)

 

We will confirm your registration to volunteer via email and send you a total amount that your ticket comes to. From there, you can send us an e-transfer following the instructions on the registration page. In the comments for your transfer, please note the number of hours you will be volunteering.

If you want to volunteer but think you may only have an hour or two to help, that's great! We still need your help too. Just send us a note using the button below. We cannot offer a discount for less than 6 hours of volunteering time, but you will have our gratitude!!
